We're excited to announce that we will be increasing our services as Melbourne emerges from lockdown. We will be closed for the Melbourne Cup Holiday next Tuesday.  Members are able to borrow or return all branches, so we've included updated hours.Here is an update on services at all of our branches from 6th November.

Carlton (The Chapel, Cardigan St)

Updated Opening hours:
Monday 4pm - 6pm
Tuesday 10am - 12pm
Wednesday 10am - 12pm
Thursday - CLOSED -
Friday 10am - 12pm
Saturday 10am - 1pm

• Click & Collect will continue for now along with limited browsing for fully vaccinated members.
•  Appointments will still need to be made so density limits can be followed. If you're running late then we will do our best to accommodate you but you may need to wait or have a play outside for a while.
• Members who cannot provide proof of vaccination can still Click & Collect from outside the building but must contact Sue (0418 535 143) to arrange a pickup time after we have closed the regular session.  . 
• Masks are still required as per public health guidelines. 
• Please remember to check in with the QR code and return your toys in a 'toy library clean' condition.

Docklands (The Hub @ Harbour Esplanade)
Updated Opening Hours:
Thursday 10-12
Saturday 2-4

• Our Grand Reopening! - Open for Click & Collect on Saturday 6th November. 
• Then, open for browsing or click and collect on Thursdays and Saturdays.
• Please book ahead where possible and come within your appointment window if you can, otherwise you may have to wait so that we can stay within density limits.

North Melbourne (Hotham Hub)

There has been a slight delay in gaining access to this space however we are hoping to get open in coming weeks.
Proposed opening days (to be confirmed):

• Tuesday or Wednesday 10-12
• Saturdays 10-12

This is to advise you of the upcoming annual general meeting of the members of Melbourne Community Toy Library Inc (MCTL). The details of this meeting are as follows:

We have had a huge year since the last AGM, with new branches opening, old branches relocating, new staff and volunteers and some funding challenges. It's a great time to join the MCTL committee as we look to the future and making sure our library continues to be a vibrant part of our communities. As always, some people will be moving on from the committee and we are looking forward to welcoming new volunteers to help us achieve our goals over the next year. 

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote on:
 
GENERAL BUSINESS
· accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
· accept the annual report
· accept the annual financial statements
· elect committee members
SPECIAL BUSINESS
· Proposed changes to the Rules of the Melbourne Community Toy Library Incorporated to enable Deductible Gift Recipient Tax status
